The Credit Club is an internet organization maintained by Creditworthy Co., and is provided to Users who agree to the terms and conditions contained below. If you agree to the terms and conditions outlined, click on the "I Agree" button below. Membership: There are 2 types of Credit Club Memberships: 1) IICG and 2) Pro. 1. IICG memberships allow the user full access to the Internet Industry Credit Group (IICG) program. 2. Pro memberships allow the user full access to Credit Club products and services, including the IICG program. Fees and Access Charges: IICG members are not charged a membership fee, but they are charged by their individual Industry Credit Group Host. Pro members are charged a monthly access fee (payable in advance) of $10.00 per month for the first representative of a company membership and $6.00 for every membership thereafter. Monthly access fees may be changed from time to time. Credit Club Products & Services: The Club sells certain products and services through the Club website. The Club may also direct members to Credit Providers who also sell certain products and services through their websites. Terms of Purchase: The Club offers Pro Membership members an open credit account. Payment can be made by check or Credit Card. If members are located outside of the U.S. or Canada, then payment must be made by Credit Card. Payments on Open Credit Accounts are due on the 15th of the month. Credit Cards are processed on the 10th of the month. Penalty for Late or Non Payment If payment is not received by the
end of the month, a late notice is sent by email and a late fee of $3 is assessed.
If payment is not received by the end of the next month, the account is deactivated. Deactivated accounts will be re-activated upon receipt of
payment. Representation Regarding Authority and Use: Credit Representative represents and warrants that their employer has (1) authorized the use of the site by Credit Representative; (2) authorized all purchases of goods and services through the Credit Club; and, (3) agrees to be financially responsible for all such purchases according to the Terms of Purchase outlined above. Credit Representative and Member Company represents and warrants that the products, information and services obtained through the Club will not be used for an improper purpose and cannot be used for resell. Assumption of Risk and Indemnity: Credit Representative and Member Company agrees to assume full responsibility and bear the risk of any loss or legal consequences for any products, information or services obtained through the Club. The Club makes no representations or warranties as to the quality and accuracy of the products, information or services accessed from the Credit Club site. Creditworthy Co., and the Credit Club shall not be held liable for any damages, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or otherwise that may arise out of the use of the goods, information or products accessed through the Club. User agrees to indemnify the Club from and against any claim by a third party arising out of User's use of the Club. Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time upon thirty days e-mail notice. In the event User has a balance remaining in any Account, the balance will be refunded within thirty days of the effective date of the termination. Governing Law and Venue: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Venue for any dispute concerning User and Creditworthy Co. shall be exclusively in Multnomah County, Oregon, U.S.A. User consents to jurisdiction in Multnomah County, Oregon, USA. |
